The room measures 20 m² and sleeps three in one twin bed and one full bed. It comes with electric blankets, heating, a flat-screen TV, radio, telephone, desk and seating area, wardrobe, alarm clock, a refrigerator with electric kettle, toaster and microwave, ironing facilities, carpeted floors, a private entrance and outdoor furniture on the balcony. The private bathroom has a bath or shower, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper and free toiletries. The whole unit is on the ground floor and is non-smoking.

Every room is non-smoking, carpeted and located on the ground floor with a private entrance, heating and electric blankets. You will find a flat-screen TV, radio, telephone, a seating area, wardrobe, alarm clock and ironing facilities, plus a refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster and microwave for tea, coffee and light snacks. The private bathroom has a bath or shower, free toiletries, towels, hairdryer and toilet paper, and the balcony has outdoor furniture facing the garden. Free Wi-Fi covers the whole property.
House rules
Check-in runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Children of all ages are welcome and a crib is available free of charge for children under two on request, subject to availability; there are no extra beds. There is no age requirement for check-in, pets are not allowed, and the property is smoke-free with a designated smoking area outside.
